Terms of Service

Enrollment in any French course or private tutoring session at Optioncatalyst is finalized upon receipt of full payment or an agreed-upon deposit. All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment must be made at least 48 hours prior to the first scheduled session to guarantee placement.

For private one-on-one sessions, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur the full session fee. For intensive group classes, refunds are only available if requested at least 7 days before the course commencement date, minus a processing fee.

Optioncatalyst maintains a respectful and welcoming learning environment. We reserve the right to terminate enrollment for any student whose conduct is disruptive or inappropriate. Optioncatalyst is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website.

DELF and DALF preparation courses provide strategies and practice but do not guarantee specific exam results. Course materials provided by Optioncatalyst are for personal study use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
